Shipping policy

You can check the status of any order by going to your account page.

• We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
• You will get a notification in your email when an order is shipped.
• Tracking will appear in your account once your order has shipped.
• US customers will receive a tracking number for their shipment.
• International customers only: We collect import duties and taxes during checkout 'Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)' Terms. 
• IMPORTANT: Some Countries may charge fee's in addition to duties and taxes (such as brokerage, etc), so please ensure you are familiar with your countries customs clearance prior to placing your order, as we will not be responsible for paying them or refunding you for them.
