I first started with Scent Trunk when they offered a monthly subscription service. I went through the discovery palette and chose the scents I did and did not like, then I was matched with this perfume. Initially I wasn't sure about it, as the first sniff leans masculine, but putting it on I immediately fell in love! It's an herbal, fresh scent that has more feminine notes of lavender without being too sweet or soapy–I love that it has a very slight peppery smell to it, just like real lavender. The sandalwood pairs nicely with the herbal top notes without overwhelming them, and the more woodsy base is just masculine enough to balance out the top notes. A very unisex scent, it has remained one of my favorites even though I order large bottles rather than receiving a travel bottle each month.
